Entry into this draw is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is open to all residents of Australia 18 years and over. Proof of age and residency may be required. The Promoters are Jamison Travel & Cruise (ABN 46 670 775 649), Queanbeyan City Travel & Cruise (ABN 13 056 784 528), Travel Makers (ABN 26 114 388 082) and Weston Cruise & Travel (ABN 36 131 403 775). To be eligible to enter the prize draw, attendees must complete either an online or paper entry form upon exiting The EPIC Travel Expo @ EPIC. Eligible attendees will receive one entry for attending the event. An additional bonus entry will be awarded for each deposited travel booking of $100 or more made between 12 and 26 September 2026. The competition period commences on Saturday, 12 September 2026 and closes on Saturday, 26 September 2026. The winner will be determined by random draw at 10.00 am AEST on Monday, 28 September 2026 at Jamison Travel & Cruise, Shop 5, 39 Bowman Street, Muswellbrook NSW 2333. The winner will be notified immediately by phone and email using the contact details provided on the entry form. If the prize is unclaimed by 16:00 AEST on Wednesday 30 September 2026, a redraw will take place at 16:30 AEST that day and the winner immediately notified by phone and email to the contact details on the entry form. The prize is a Travel Voucher valued at AUD4,000 and valid for redemption at any one of the four travel agencies operating as the Promoters. Prize must be utilised in full prior to 30 June 2027 and is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash. Prize value must be redeemed in one transaction. No credit given on any unused portion of the prize. No cash refund or reimbursement allowed if the prize is not utilised. Any additional cost to purchase an experience, spending money, flights, meals, insurance, taxes, passports, visas, extra accommodation, items of a personal nature, inoculations, travel to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Once redeemed and travel is booked, cancellation and change fees may apply if changes are made. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database for future marketing purposes.
