Entry into this competition is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is open to all residents of Australia 18 years & over. Proof of age & residency may be required. To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must complete an online entry form upon exiting The Epic Travel Expo @ EPIC & state the name of the booth you found to be the best decorated & most engaging. One entry per eligible attendee. The competition period is on Saturday 20 September 2025 from 10:00 to 15:00 AEST. The winner will be decided by way of a draw, which will take place at the conclusion of the event on Monday 22 September 2025 at 13:00 AEST after which the winner will be immediately notified by phone & email to the contact details on the entry form. If the prize is unclaimed by 16:00 AEST on Wednesday 25 September 2025, a redraw will take place at 16:30 AEST that day & the winner immediately notified by phone & email to the contact details on the entry form. The prize is a Travel Voucher valued at AUD4,000 & valid for redemption at any one of the four travel agencies operating as the Promoters. Prize must be utilised in full prior to 30 June 2025 & is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash. Prize value must be redeemed in one transaction. No credit given on any unused portion of the prize. No cash refund or reimbursement allowed if the prize is not utilised. Any additional cost to purchase an experience, spending money, flights, meals, insurance, taxes, passports, visas, extra accommodation, items of a personal nature, inoculations, travel to & from departure point & all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
