Climate
Thailands climate is warm and tropical all year round. There is a chance of rain at any time with the three main seasons being: Hot/dry March – June, Warm/rain July – November, Warm/less humid November – February. Average temperatures – 20-35deg celcius
Visas
Australian passport holders do not require a visa. These are granted on arrival for a stay up to 30 days. For longer stays a visa can be obtained from Thai diplomatic agencies and embassies.
Health
Inoculation for cholera and yellow fever are only required if travelling from infected areas. Malaria precautions should be taken for travel to certain areas of Thailand. Do not drink tap water. Purified bottled water is available everywhere.
