The apartment has been completely renovated in March 2005 and it is located on the first floor of the building (with elevator). It is divided into a master bedroom with a double bed, a double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub and shower and living/dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The following items are included in the price: Washing machine, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, iron and iron board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, TV with DVD player, TV with VHS (master bedroom) and high-speed internet. Bedclothes and towels are provided for the guests, they are changed every three or four nights for the guests convenience.
